PRICING: Prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. All orders are subject to price in effect at time order is placed. Prices do not include shipping, taxes or installation.

AVAILABILITY: TheFly.clothing does not guarantee the availability of any item and reserves the right to discontinue or change the technical specifications of its products at any time without notice.

EXPEDITED ORDERS: TheFly.clothing works to ship all orders in a timely manner, however rush ordering is available for an additional fee.

PAYMENT TERMS: Payment is due in full at time of order. We accept payment by credit card, check, PayPal, and bank wire for international orders. Please make checks payable to: TheFly.clothing. Contact us for more details.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations must be made within 7 calendar days of confirmation of order. Orders cannot be cancelled after this grace period has passed. We cannot accept cancellation of rush orders once they have been confirmed.

SHIPPING: All shipments will be made via carrier of our choice, unless instructed in writing to use a specific carrier. All shipments are FOB San Diego, CA. Special handling requests are subject to extra charge.

RETURN POLICY: Returned goods require an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number. Please call ?????????? or email ??????@thefly.clothing. to obtain your number and be sure it is clearly marked on the outside of the carton. Product must be returned in new and salable condition within 30 calendar days of receipt for credit to be issued. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Custom products or modified versions of standard products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

DAMAGED GOODS: All items are carefully inspected and packaged prior to shipment. Please examine your order upon arrival for any damage. If items have arrived damaged, a replacement will be sent only if the damage is reported within 5 calendar days, the original packaging is kept for inspection by the carrier, and photos are provided of the damage. Please call ?????????? or email orders@thefly.clothing within 5 calendar days to make a claim.

WARRANTY: TheFly.clothing warrants its products to be free of defects in workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year from date of purchase.  TheFly.clothing reserves the right to inspect the damaged product before having any obligation under this limited warranty. All costs of shipping for inspection are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. TheFly.clothing , at it’s option, shall repair or replace the defective unit covered by this warranty. TheFly.clothing is not responsible for damages caused by improper handling, maintenance or color fade. Our warranty extends to products purchased only by the original purchaser.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE: All products should be cared for with instructions applicable to that product. Failure to do so may void product warranty.
